MIFGS - 29th of March to the 2nd of April

Bump-out – 7.00pm the 2nd of April until 12.00pm 3rd of April.

Hi Everyone,

MIFGS is upon us, and I hope you are making the finishing touches to your masterpieces.

We are looking for sculptors to participate at the show by demonstrating or giving a talk. If you would like to join in there are  2 options to choose from .. or both!

  • I will be demonstrating carving Limestone every day, so if you fancy yourself as a carver come along for a full day, or morning or afternoon… I will have tools and stone on site.. If you have special tools that you like please bring those. No power tools! It is a fun day so please join in … if you haven’t carved before come along and give it a try.

  •  At the main tent there will be talks and demonstrations as well. So if you would like to participate you can give a small talk about your sculptural practices, your sculptures or even give a brief demonstration using your favourite medium… Aim for a talk of about 20mins, remember that the public will ask questions so this talk may take a little longer.
