Michael Meszaros has won an award for his brilliant medal.

























This prize winning medal is called:

‘One Man’s Terrorist is the Next Man’s Freedom Fighter’.

Both sides are the same except for the inscriptions and the symbols on the shoulders of both shooter and victims, which are reversed on each side.

Who you consider hero or villain depends on which side you support. The effect on the victims is the same. It also references the two sides of an argument as ‘the two sides of the coin’. This medal has just been awarded equal second in the American Medal of the Year competition for works done in 2023 conducted by the American Medallic Sculpture Association, of which l am a member. I have won it twice before.
