Jenny demonstrating stone carving
"Show and Tell" at Jenny Whiteside’s home and studio.

A big thank you to Jenny for hosting this great start to 2019. Jenny shared the story of her first introduction to carving serpentine stone, the story of adventures with tools and techniques and her extended arts life in drawing and painting.

Herring Island Wrap Up

The exhibition for Herring Island 2019 was our biggest yet and the proud coordinator would like to think it was the best yet... the work was diverse, all had something to say and all attracted attention and added to the exhibition.

ASV members are involved in exhibitions other than those the Association organises - and for once we've found out about them before they close! Note to members: please let us know newsletter@sculptorsvictoria.asn.au about your exhibitions in time for us to let other members know.
