Hi everyone,
our Annual Awards exhibition is rapidly approaching and I hope by the time the newsletter is out that acceptances will have been sent. Please check your junk mail to make sure you receive it . It is very important that you check the catalogue information and roster carefully. I would also encourage everyone to check if their plinths need repainting. We will have a delivery schedule as there is restricted parking out the front for 15 minutes so we need to move works in quickly and we will have people there to help with this.
There is a side entrance for disabled access that we are able to use to the left of the main entrance to avoid stairs and Jude will be waiting to open the door when the buzzer is pressed. All hanging works will need to be delivered first and those concerned will get special delivery time emailed to them. For those new to exhibiting with us there will be a desk inside the front door with the sign in register and a map of the layout so you know where to put your pieces. In the galleries themselves there will be a photo of your work roughly in the position it needs to be although we will rearrange some works when everything has arrived. You will be given a large number for your work and hopefully we will have a photobooth set up so works can be photographed on arrival.
