 “Art on the Hill” Sculptures, Paintings & Blacksmithing Exhibition

Conditions of Entry – Art on The Hill

 1. All exhibits must be the original work of the exhibitor. Up to three entries per artist will be permitted. They can be a combination of two sculptures and a painting or two paintings and a sculpture.

2. We reserve the right to decline to hang or display any work.

3. Entries close Monday the 19th of July 2021. Late entries will not be accepted. Entries are to include photographs with entry information.

4. Entry Fee of $20.00 per entry must be paid prior to the 21st of July. No commission will be taken for sold works. Payment to be made by electronic transfer to account: Paul and Maria Cacioli, BSB 083376 Account Number 552617690

5. Net proceeds from sales will be electronically transferred to artists within 14 days from conclusion of the exhibition. Artists to supply their bank details.

6. Artwork marked NFS (not for sale) will not be accepted.

7. The organiser reserve the right to photograph exhibits to promote the exhibition.

8. Entry fees for exhibits not displayed will be refunded upon request.

Delivery / Collection of Entries

9. All artworks must be delivered to the gallery at Mont De Lancey Homestead, 71 Wellington Road, Wandin North, 3139 on Friday the 6th of August between 10.00am and 3.00pm

10. All exhibits must be complete. Exhibits are to have plinths (in good condition) supplied. Paintings, prints, etc must be ready to hang.

11. Please have labels completed with the required information:

12. All artists to take their packing with them after delivery

13. All responsible care of exhibits will be taken, however no responsibility for damage or loss will be accepted by Mont Delancey Homestead. Insurance for all exhibits is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

14. All artworks must be collected from the exhibition on Wednesday the 11th of August between 10.00am and 3.00pm. If these times are not suitable, please contact Paul Cacioli on 0429575299 to make other arrangements

15. Exhibits cannot be removed from the Exhibition until 4.30pm on Sunday the 8th of August 2021.
