A welcome to new members plus some reports from the members and their activities...

◊ Welcome to two members who joined just recently: Helen McInnes and Jocelyn Hee. Heather Bryant joined in early January.

◊ There is a crowd funding site set up for an artist who has been chosen to paint at Gallipoli http://pozi.be/trot his name is Jonathon Throsby. Jonathon appears to be well represented and respected.

◊ Rudi Jass Just got the ok to supply sculpture for 4 courtyards for the new Box Hill Hospital. All up there will be 7 Kinetic,6 static and 4 wall pieces -

◊ Richard Yates recently returned from a 19 day sponsored adventure to mainland China, for World Wood Day. It involved a 5 day exhibition of 300 invited participants from 57 countries. It involved symposiums, wood carving sculpture, wood turning, fine furniture making and wood musical instruments.
