Gregor Kregar is the recipient of the 2015 Southern Way McClelland Commission valued at $250,000.
The Southern Way McClelland commission forms part of an ongoing program of new sculptures that will alternate every two years on the Penninsula Link Freeway, resulting in 14 commissions over 25 years with a total value in excess of $4 million. From Sculpture by the Sea
REGIONAL NSW SCULPTURE ACQUISITION PROGRAM
We are pleased to announce that this year Sculpture by the Sea will be presenting the Regional NSW Sculpture Acquisition Program, funded by the NSW Government through Arts NSW.
This program will fund the acquisition of a sculpture by a New South Wales sculptor from Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi 2013 for permanent public placement in a Local Government Area in regional NSW. We are grateful to
Arts NSW who will provide up to $20,000 for the acquisition of the sculpture.
If you are interested in having a part of Sculpture by the Sea in your regional area, please get your Local Government to contact us and submit an Expression of Interest.

Lorne Sculpture Biennial is running a fund raising dinner and auction of selected artworks. The dinner is to be held at The Point, Albert Park Lake, on 17th October. Tickets are $190 per person of which $95 is a tax deductible donation.
