President’s Message

There has been important positive progress for us on three fronts over the last two months:
(a) After many hours of researching alternatives, Marija Patterson has located and booked space for the ASV Annual Exhibition at The Light Factory Gallery in Eltham for October. Many
thanks to Marija for her drive and initiative.
(b) After many hours of self study, and unrelated crashing computer hardware, Janice McCarthy has achieved comfortable familiarity with the ASV new prototype web site. She will shortly start demonstrating it to interested Committee members. Many thanks to Janice for her
patience and persistence.
(c) The Committee has agreed procedures for exhibitions in future: see summary minutes below. Thanks to Patrick Culshaw for his contributions in this matter.
The end of the financial year is a particularly busy time of year for me, so my involvement over the next few months will be greatly reduced. I think the newsletter next month will be
minimal.
Interested parties will be pleased to know that Fay Gerber’s leg has re-grown 3cm not reduced 3cm as reported last month. She is definitely and clearly straight and upright.
