Membership Renewals

Normally we send out Membership Renewals in July but as a few people have observed they have not received one yet.  The reason for this is we are upgrading the way we do it so that we can include the option of paying online with a credit card.  This option will be part of the Renewal Notice - all you will need to do is select the credit card option, you will be prompted for card details and will receive a receipt for the payment by email. 

This facility is provided by Stripe (not PayPal but PayPal like) and is secure.  We used it for sales at the recent Online Exhibition and will use it in the future for Exhibition Entry Fees.   The advantage for you is you will not have to remember to do a Bank Transfer or write a cheque at some time after getting the Renewal, and for us we will get notification of the payment straight to our website database.  You can still pay by Bank Transfer (put your name please) or cheque if you prefer.

Our website guru is still refining the new system and we hope to have it tested and ready to go in the next few weeks.  It will come to everybody who was paid up last year (except for a few who have already paid for this year) .  We will also send it to any who were financial in 2019 and missed paying last year in the hope that making it easy will encourage you to stay a member.
