Dear Members,

The last newsletter for 2012… Where did the year go?  It has been very busy year sculpturally with all our exhibitions to prepare for. Not a great year for sales but that unfortunately is a sign of the times. The exhibitions have all been really grand and given us all something to work towards and an opportunity to display our work..

Herring Island Summer Arts Festival

Herring Island Summer Arts Festival is in full organizing mode and the ASV is again leading the festival.

Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 20th to 24th March 2013

Following the great success of this year’s exhibition, I am pleased to inform you that Entry Forms for the ASV MIFGS Sculpture Exhibition 2013 (20-24 March) will soon be available for downloading from the ASV website.

Dear Editor,
I wish to share some observations regarding the recent Annual Exhibition and Awards show at the Yarra Sculpture Gallery.

First let me thank the organizers for putting on a professional and strikingly visual show.

Artanica

Mt Macedon and District Horticultural Society Inc. extends an invitation to you to exhibit at Artanica 2013.
Artanica, a major biennial event, on the weekend of 20 and 21 April 2013, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, at ‘Lewisham’ located on Mt Macedon Road, Macedon. Lewisham, with its backdrop of magnificent trees, gardens and lakes, is an ideal site for the exhibition of garden sculpture in all of its various media.
