Spring is nearly here and we have an important date for your diary!

 2nd October 10:00 to 5:00

Montsalvat's annual Arts Festival is back and we are excited to announce the program! The festival features First Nations artists, roaming acts and an Open Studio program with over 19 of Montsalvat's studio artists revealing their creative spaces! The day is jam-packed with a range of artist talks and demonstrations, a puppet show, arts activities for the whole family, and outdoor live music by Pirritu, Alwan Trio and Maddie Jackway.

2023 Ephemera: Seaside Sculptures Call for Artists are now open! Entries close 10am Tuesday 1 November 2022. Artists are invited to submit concepts for Ephemera: Seaside Sculptures 2023 by clicking the Register Now button on the Ephemera website: Ephemera - Townsville City Council

Ephemera has grown over the years to be loved not only locally, but to be a biennial sculpture exhibition of state and national significance. In 2023, it is anticipated that Ephemera audiences will exceed 200,000, with the exhibition period expanding from 9 to 16-days.
