From the Immediate Past President

Gillian Govan
Last Tuesday we held our AGM.  This was attended by 12 members at the venue of Bruce Webb. We thank him for his wonderful hospitality. At some time in the New Year we will visit him in his studio.

We also set up Zoom thanks to John Bishop for organising that for us.  Unfortunately, the volume was not good for some so we thank you all for hanging in.

At the AGM I officially stood down as president.

The exhibition was amazing!

And that in spite of the weather and re-locating the work about four times... Gavin Roberts coordinated a superb event and that’s the first time the Victoria Sculpture Prize has been offered. A magnificent effort and the sculptors put on their best show.
See below for the prize winners and the judges’ comments.
Congratulations everyone.
