Bathurst Honour Board: An example of the work previously produced for us. |
My name is Paul Burnett, I am the Manager of Navy Badges. Part of my role is to manage the contracts for the production of Navy’s ceremonial items. I am seeking the services of wood carver/s who can be contracted to produce our large scale Battle honour boards. In the coming years we have approximately 15 Battle honour boards that will require to be professionally carved.
Kind regards

AN INVITATION TO ARTISTS OF ALL MEDIA TO SUBMIT WORKS FOR THIS EXHIBITION TO BE HELD DURING STRATFORD’S ‘SHAKESPEARE ON THE RIVER FESTIVAL 2017
The possibilities are truly endless for the 2017 Stratford Shakespeare on the River festival Art Exhibition. This Exhibition is open to artists of all styles and mediums and is now in its 7th year with growing momentum. The past years have seen works by renowned and upcoming artists with a people choice award and opportunity to sell your works during one of Stratford’s busiest months.
The 2017 Festival is based around the theme of ‘Illuminate’ and Light/Dark. Inspiration for artists can easily be found in these themes and some of the Bard’s main plays that will be performed during the Festival: The Tempest, Coriolanus, and an original work exploring the relationship between some of Shakespeare’s famous lovers. The diversity with the feature plays of this festival is sure to entice the creative mind.
The official opening of the 2017 Art Exhibition will be held on Saturday 22nd April at 6pm With the submission deadline being Wednesday 12 April 2017 so it’s time to get working - remember it’s "better a witty fool than a foolish whit" - William Shakespeare.
