We cooperate as an association to advance the practice of sculpture and the reputation and appreciation of sculpture and sculptors in the community. This is regardless of whether or not we make a living from sculpture and regardless of our preferred style or medium. To this end we support artists’ moral rights, we advocate a professional attitude to the production and presentation of work and encourage the artistic and intellectual stimulation of interaction amongst artists of all persuasions.

October's Meeting

October Monthly Meeting On 10th October Fatih Semiz  will talk about his work. When I confirmed the meeting with Fatih he was in Shanghai exhibiting in the Jing’an International Sculpture Project, with 20 other artists from all over the world.  He sent photos of the installation of his work.


He also sent the installation photo and the label in Chinese and English, and images of a smaller sculpture called Evanescence, which was part of an exhibition in Sigtuna Museum in Sweden over the northern summer.
Fatih's work at Tesselaar

Fatih is showing a piece at Tesselaar and you have time to go and see the work on site....

Upon his return to Australia, he will be working on the sculpture for the Mount Buller Sculpture Park.
