The Contemporary Art Society of Victoria Inc. invites entries in all contemporary-style media - painting, drawing, photography, mixed media & sculpture, etc. to the eleventh Art at Burnley Harbour exhibition, a showcase of artworks by both established and emerging artists. Our last Art at Burnley Harbour (ABH) was a great success, with over 450 artworks on display, and with over 2000 visitors to our exhibition, with many artwork sales! EXHIBITION DATES
The exhibition will be open to the public for 4 whole days!
• Thursday 3 December (8am to 8pm)
• Friday 4 December (8am to 8pm)
• Saturday 5 December (8am to 6pm).
• Sunday 6 December (8am to 6pm).

LOCATION OF THE EXHIBITION
Burnley Harbour is located on the banks of the Yarra River, in Richmond, Melbourne - see map on our website, or Melway maps 58 Ref: F1, & 2M Ref: B2.

You may ENTER ONLINE (our preferred method of entry) and be sure to read the ENTRY CONDITIONS before you enter.

ENTRY FEES & DEADLINE
• Entry fees: Only $7 per work. Maximum 6 works per artist.
• Entry form/payment deadline: Friday 20 NOVEMBER 2015.
• Current Members of the Contemporary Art Society of Victoria may enter their artworks FREE* of charge (*conditions apply).

Artwork delivery: Wednesday 2nd December 3pm - 6pm
Unsold Artwork collection: Sunday 6th December 6pm - 8pm

SCULPTURE GARDEN...
As for the last ABH, in addition to the main exhibition, we are pleased to feature our Sculpture Garden. There will be the opportunity to display sculpture that is suitable for placement either indoor and outdoors.

Call for Entries

Kooindah Waters Golf and Spa Resort, Wyong, will host next year’s Sculptural Event showcasing up to 70 outdoor sculptures.

I have just received this and haven’t had time to check it - but it looks well worth publishing:

The James Scott Decorative Arts Society recently launched the Bakhap Award for Sculpture, a $10,000 acquisitive prize for a site-specific sculpture to be installed at Bridestowe Lavender Estate in Tasmania. Entries are open now, and close on January 16th 2016. Finalists will have until April to submit their maquettes, with the prize winner to be announced in May. An exhibition of finalists will be held at Bridestowe from May until October. The winning sculpture will be installed by October 2016, after which it can be seen by the 60,000+ visitors to Bridestowe each year.
