John Ride tabled cash disbursements, P&L, Balance Sheet

Annual Exhibition showed loss of $4,000 compared to loss of $3,000 in budget. Space alternatives for next year reviewed.
Advice that CSA requires new members to commit to contributing work to the CSA.
Agreed to seek administrative assistance on commercial basis.

MIFGS support for Mark Cowie sought. Mark has emphasized funding shortfalls.
Annual exhibition for 2012: alternatives considered
Other organisations: contact with CSA to be reviewed by new President. Also Geoff will speak to VAS
Quotes from commercial administration managers: PAMS not affordable.  Other person withdrew.
Newsletter: colour print version to be produced for distribution for a gold coin at Herring Island.

Gillian as new president confirmed, with committee of Michael Meszaros, John Bishop, John Ride, Monica Mauer and Geoff Williams.
John Ride tabled cash disbursements, P&L, Balance Sheet; changes to cheque signatories approved.
Annual exhibition for 2012: Zoe Ellenberg will help with publicity.
MIFGS exhibition: Andrew Bryant will assist Mark Cowie
Website: Gillian will contact previous exhibition coordinators for their input.
Newsletter: news sheet will cover only urgent matters in future; independent review before issue agreed to be continued as ongoing routine; agreement with Katherine Harrington on full newsletter intended to be continued to June 2012.
Janet Cameron has taken over membership: good on you Janet!
Gillian has taken over archives: thank you Gillian!.
Agreed to re-open communication with CSA.
