In 2020 we are celebrating the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show’s (MIFGS) 25th Anniversary & our plans are well underway. More than 100,000 visitors will flood through the gates to see the showcase of over 500 exhibitors, set within the world heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building & Carlton Gardens across five glorious Autumn days in March.

MIFGS is a unique, engaging platform working to promote the horticulture & cut flower industries by encouraging education & employment, educating visitors on our environment & sustainable practices, as well as showcasing & promoting hundreds of Australian product & service-based small businesses.

The event management partner of the Show, IMG, is a global leader in events, sports and media. We join forces with Show co-owners, Nursery and Garden Industry Victoria & Flowers Victoria, to produce this world class event showcasing the best of both industries.

Preparation for the 2020 Show has begun & we’re excited to unveil some of the highlights as we get closer to the Show. We have a core Marketing team working tirelessly alongside the Show’s PR agency to make sure the MIFGS message is spread far & wide.

A key element of the Show is the ASV Sculpture Exhibition which continues to grow in size & quality each year. It represents an important Arts offering that the Show is proud of, & has become known for, with high quality art being produced by local artists.
