The Association of Sculptors of Victoria is an inclusive, not-for-profit collective of contemporary artists whose purpose is to inspire,stimulate and advance the appreciation, creation, and exploration of three-dimensional art in society.

Dates for Your Diary

Meetings are held at the Ashburton Baptist Church Meeting Rooms entered from the Marquis Street car park. We commence at 7:30pm
  • On 9th September we will preface our Annual and Awards Exhibition with a wide ranging discussion - how do you price your work? There was an article from Michael Meszaros on the subject in the July newsletter. What is sculpture? What are the judges like for the Andor Meszaros Prize section? Why do we have two sections for our Annual Exhibition - All questions to discuss in good company - we’ll see you there. And what has Jan Indrans been up to all this time?
  • In October there won’t be a meeting while we cope with the Annual Exhibition
  • The AGM will be held on 11th November
  • and on 22nd November we celebrate the ASV Christmas at Marg and Don Carey’s place in Chirnside Park... see the article later in the newsletter
