Exhibitions to Enter and Some to View

Again - we've pushed a lot of information into this - worth a read.....

I have been asked to invite sculptors to show their interest in exhibiting in a new sculpture gallery on the Mornington Peninsula. As a lifelong sculptor and founding member of the ASV I believe this Gallery will provide a new body of interest for sculptors to enjoy and profit by.
Please contact Craig Forster to discuss putting your images etc. forward to the gallery.

ENTRIES OPEN TO HARBOURSCULPTURE 2015

HarbourSculpture is open for artist submissions and proposals to its 2015 exhibition of contemporary Australian sculpture.

The exhibition will run from Thursday 30 July to Sunday 9 August 2015.

With Sydney Harbour as a backdrop, this boutique exhibition is a means of supporting the Australian arts community, while encouraging them to engage with the history, location, challenges and significance of the site.

HarbourSculpture has an internal exhibition of smaller sculptural works held in the Deckhouse Woolwich waterfront restaurant/function centre, while the external exhibition features larger works displayed along the shoreline adjacent to Deckhouse Woolwich and along the Sydney Harbour foreshore of Clarkes Point Reserve, Woolwich.

In 2013, HarbourSculpture set out to showcase the beautiful Woolwich foreshores with its first sculpture exhibition. The success of this exhibitions saw 2014 expand, with thousands of visitors enjoying the experience of more artworks spread over larger spaces. We are anticipating a bigger and equally successful event for 2015.

HarbourSculpture 2015 is organised by HarbourSculpture Incorporated, with the support of its major partners Deckhouse Woolwich, the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust, Hunters Hill Council and a range of other sponsors.

Guidelines for Artist entry, as well as all information for this annual event can be found on the HarbourSculpture website: www.harboursculpture.com.au

Entries close on Monday 17 March 2015.

For further information, please contact Julie Service on 0413 153 159 or julie.harboursculpture@gmail.com or Sue Turner on 0416 270 897 or sue.harboursculpture@gmail.com
