Want to take your art underground? Melbourne-based artist run initiative Platform,  runs an annual program of exhibitions and events in Campbell Arcade, beneath Melbourne’s Flinders Street. They are now accepting proposals for their 2013 exhibition program (Feb-Dec 2013).
